Following the overwhelming response in Johor Bahru and Penang, Shell Malaysia is wrapping up its three-city roadshow for the 2012 edition of its Shell Helix Global Promotion with two exhilarating events over two consecutive weekends in the Klang Valley.
The Shell Helix ‘Get Your Heart Racing’ roadshow will be held from 10.00 am till 9.00 pm daily at The Curve’s Fashion Walk from May 17 till 20 and at Mid Valley Megamall’s South Court from May 25 till 29, 2012.
The highlight of both roadshows is undoubtedly the exciting Shell Helix Kinect Challenge featuring the exhilarating ‘Fruit Ninja’ interactive video game, which attracted participation from the young and the young-at-heart at every stop.
Participants who manage to chalk up the highest scores by digitally slicing and chopping fruits that pop up on screen with their hand and leg movements will win attractive prizes. The first prize is a Microsoft Xbox 360 Kinect worth RM1,700, the second prize is a Sony PSP Go mobile gaming unit worth RM800 while the third prize is a Steelseries PC gaming headphone worth RM500.
The Shell Helix Kinect Challenge is open to all members of the public and no purchase is necessary to participate. Aside from the challenge, visitors to the roadshows can also try out the Shell Ferrari F1 simulator and other fun games to win Shell Helix premiums and cash vouchers.
Those who wish to enter the Shell Helix ‘Get Your Heart Racing’ contest proper can also purchase their Shell Helix motor oil during the roadshow.
This year, five lucky Malaysians will win an all-expense paid VIP trip to Italy worth more than RM20,000 each in this unique global promotion.
The contest from March 15 to May 31, 2012, is open to customers who purchase a four-litre pack of Shell Helix Ultra fully synthetic motor oil or from the Shell Helix HX7 synthetic technology range that includes the HX7, HX7 E and HX7 Diesel. Customers have to count the number of Shell Helix words in an image on entry form and submit their entries at selected Shell stations, authorised workshops or by mail with proof of purchase.
Fifteen lucky finalists take part in the fun-filled Shell Helix Finale Challenge in July 2012. Five lucky winners will then get to embark on a trip of a lifetime, which includes a visit to Maranello, the home of Ferrari; shopping in Milan; and catching the Italian Grand Prix at Monza in September.
