Cham Tack Keong, a Honda customer from Johor Bahru, today drove home a brand new Honda Insight after winning the grand prize in a lucky draw in Honda After-Sales Promotion Campaign.
Cham, 40, has been consistently servicing his Honda Accord 2.4L in Sutera Auto Sdn Bhd ever since he bought it in 2006. “I am happy that my loyalty to Honda’s after-sales service pays off. I always believe in sending my car back to Honda for routine maintenance so that I can be sure that my car is well taken care of.”
In an effort to retain customers for life, Honda Malaysia has initiated a series of activities to promote Lifetime Ownership Loyalty (LOL) and Honda After-Sale Promotion Campaign was one of them. Announced in June last year, the campaign was initiated to encourage customers to service their vehicle at an authorized dealer for quality services as Honda guarantees the use of genuine parts in all maintenance routines.
Speaking at the handover ceremony in Johor Bahru was Mr. Yoichiro Ueno, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Honda Malaysia, “We believe in building a lifelong relationship with our customers. Once we hand the key over to them, it is not an end but a beginning in our relationship. Hence, through this campaign, we would like to thank all our customers for giving us the opportunity to be friends. We would also like to remind our customers that Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority.”
In addition to the Honda Insight, Honda Malaysia has also rewarded other winning customers with service vouchers worth RM672, 000 and 20 units of iPad 2 in conjunction with the campaign.
