I’d say there are thousands of car clubs all around the world. In Malaysia alone, car clubs multiplying and it’s hard for us to keep tab of all the clubs. Most of the clubs are based on car makes while some on common interests. And all these clubs have members by the thousands or at least by hundreds.

There’s one club in particular originated from northern California of the United States of America back in June 2001. It all started when a group of friends who are into Euro marquees decided to create a club and started to enter autoshows in order to to share their appreciation with the masses. Due to the lack of European cars on the show, Europrojektz was an instant favorite among modders back in the States. From there onwards, the membership grows to national level and it leads to a global expansion with chapters being formed all over the USA, Canada and Belgium.

The Asian chapter was started by southern California members who have now returned to their homelands. Kevin Shah, who is a founding member of the southern California chapter shipped his car back to Malaysia at the end of 2004 and began a slow and long recruiting process to build the Malaysia chapter.

Since Europrojektz Malaysia Chapter is obligated to keep Europrojektz in the highest regard, by the end of 2009, Europrojektz now has 5 solid cars in their lineup. It is indeed an exclusive club to be in as the range of cars and modification done to ‘em are massive and would burn a humongous hole in your wallet! We’ll be featuring each of the Europrojektz’s modded rides soon!
