The second series of ACG2012 was held in Chubu, Japan. As usual the participation among car lovers were huge! Then again, the Japanese are well known for their passion in the motoring industry. Any car-related events are a family-oriented events for ’em Japanese regardless whether it’s an autoshow, gymkhanna or track events.
Chubu region consists of nine prefectures namely, Aichi, Fukui, Gifu, Ishikawa, Nagano, Niigata, Shizuoka, Toyama, Yamanashi and Mie. One of the most famous landmark in Japan, Mount Fuji is located in Chubu.
Chubu marks the second edition of the ACG2012 championship. As any of the ACG events, the amount of participation was almost the same as the one held in Kansai. It might not be as huge as the Tokyo Auto Salon, but it’s good enough as participation is close to 200 at every series. A number that would be impossible to achieve here in Malaysia despite the fact that there are quite a number of modified cars roaming around in our beloved country.
The stage was dominated by the Revival Stance, providing the music all throughout the event in Chubu. The DJs did their part in making the event as success too as they engaged the crowd with jokes and more. As any of the ACG events, it was full with fun and laughter among the participants and spectators as well as a good dosage of modded rides to gawk on.
Next ACG2012 will be held in Kyushu, Japan. For more information check out the website at http://jam-zone.net/acg/
