All of them racing in the GT300 class.

The qualifying today took off at the 4.30pm sharp after two rounds of practice where most teams had their same strategies from the last race in Fuji applied for their tyre management moves. The teams that had benefit from these with their precision manoeuvre in tyre management was the Autobacs Racing Team Aguri CRZ for the GT300 and and Team Impul Calsonic for the GT500 where both of them were in the pole position for tomorrow’s final showdown.

Both of these teams had their strategies in check to maintain the optimum state of race in all departments to repeat today’s qualifying lap times tomorrow although it is going be taxing to both cars and driver, due to the length of the race in comparison to the qualifying laps but they were very positive with their respective performances today. Nonetheless, Team Impul Calsonic are looking at their backs from those teams on the Lexus SC430s to give chase to their lead as they were on Michelins which is superb for straight line acceleration. The cars to look out for were cars number 38 which is the Lexus Team Zent Cerumo and the car number 1 from Team Mola with their GTR.

As for the pole position winner for today’s GT300 qualifying round, they had their sights to widen the gap between the Team Mugen’s CRZ and the Subaru’s BRZ R&D Sport. These two teams are for them to be aware of for tomorrow. Its is going to be an exciting race tomorrow for both of these class and it will be definitely be the race to seethis year.
